Veterinarian
During university Kate worked in the vet reception at the RSPCA for 3 years dealing with cruelty complaints, lost/found, injured strays, wildlife etc.
She has been working with Supervets since graduating university.
Kate graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Hons).
She is currently doing a Diploma in Small Animal Ultrasound through the University of Melbourne.
Her special interest is the challenge of investigating complicated medical cases and ultrasound.
“Be the person your dog thinks you are”
Kate’s inspiration to become a vet was driven by her wanting a job that wasn’t the typical 9-5 office job that gave her a reason to be proud of her work.
She has always loved animals and loved the fact that veterinary work would give me the opportunity to help all different types of species, all over the world.
For all emergencies please present immediately to our 24 hour hospital in Manly West.
To make an appointment to see a vet at your home or in one of our two hospitals please call our reception team directly on (07) 38930509.
